A decorative carved spiral, twists around the marble column, which is topped and tailed with a brass capital and brass foot, both of which are pressed with acanthus leaves and scrolled corners. The base is a black cubed block made of acrylic, with a stepped plinth decorated with gold painted acanthus leaves.
