An original pair of table lamps made of glazed ceramic, produced in West Germany in the 1970s. Solid, low bases with a decorative relief band and characteristic glazing in shades of brown, cream, and dark chocolate. The surface has a “fat lava” effect – an irregular, porous structure typical of West German design of that period. The lamps have retained their proportional, cylindrical shades with decorative piping.
