French Art Deco table lamp created by French Glass Master R. Lalique model named "Dahlias". In clear and frosted glass molded with flower heads and leaves mounted on a decorative table lamp base in nickeled-bronze. The shade is marked R. Lalique. Dahlias first appeared in the production in 1928 which ended in 1932. Listed in the catalogue Raisonné by Marcilhac, page 592. The lamp has been re-plated in nickel and rewired for U.S. standards with two household bulbs E-26 Standard Base, (total 400 Watt max) with twisted fabric covered wire cords.
