Designed by Gae Aulenti when she was artistic director of FontanaArte, this sculpture functions as both table lamp and vase, thanks to the semi-spherical mouth-blown cup at the top. The structure comprises a metal base with a transparent glass globe with an opaline white glass shade inside. The texture of the vase above is achieved with the traditional "pelugoso" method, boasting a myriad of irregular bubbles to create a striking contrast with the rest of the piece. The bulb is 42W E27 (HA, FL, or LED). Also available in a larger size with a diameter of 50 cm and 59 cm in height. This item is only wired for 220V and it is sold with an adapter.
