"Marble Lamp" is a strange title, I know! But I dreamed for a long time a lamp of this kind, I dreamed a piece of marble, suspended like a sculpture, that could secretly illuminate my studio,and my thoughts. Hiding such a powerful light inside wasn't easy: the challenges were represented by the small thickness of the object and the light emission that, according to my vision, had to be released both upwards and downwards.
