Very beautiful Periscopio table lamp designed by Danilo Aroldi & Corrado Aroldi and produced by Stilnovo, Italy 1967. The lamp has two black lacquered aluminium tubes connected with a flexible rubber joint supported by a round cast iron base. Thanks to the flexible rubber joint, the lamp can be placed in practically any position. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
