Offering a pair of vintage Chinese porcelain table lamps with flowers and leaves with gold detailing, circa Late 20th Century. The vase caps and lamp bases are a metal alloy painted intentionally with metallic gold and black to represent bronze ormolu. These porcelain lamps have a beautiful and lyrical floral design which includes chrysanthemums, peonies, lotus flowers and irises, on a cream-colored CRACKLE finish background. The flowing flowers and leaves are beautifully colored in light pinks, mauve, sage green, red and fine line metallic gold detailing, which makes the lamps even more spectacular. The cast metal base and lid are intentionally made to look like antique ormolu with black and metallic gold coloration. Keep in mind these lamps are hexagonal in shape as shown in the photos.
