It was the base of this lamp that first caught the eye. The carved “wood” base is 3.35” high and hexagonal. The wood parts actually appear to be made of a resin to look like wood. It stands in 6 carved feet elevating the lamp with an airy feel. The body of the lamp is blue and white porcelain decorated in a chinoiserie floral pattern. The cap and ball finial are the same material and finish. The fully lined shade is original to the lamp and is silk in a swirled pleated pattern. This lamp is a unique piece and most likely one of a kind. The lamp measures 16” to base of socket and is 7.5” wide at the widest point. The shade is 14” wide at the bottom and 6” wide at the top.
