Reclaimed Kokosha aluminium flame proof ceiling light circa 1998, made by Kokosha of Osaka, JapanOriginating form super tankers and cargo ships this lamp has been expertly stripped, polished then fitted with a glow switch, Edison Squirrel cage, wall plug and grey braided cable.We have also fitted rubber footings to prevent any marks on delicate surfaces.These lights were originally installed in hazardous areas on supertankers and cargo ships, usually where flammable materials were cross loaded onto the vessel and cargo holds containing hazardous cargo.The bulk of the light is cast aluminium with a tempered glass dome and bulls eye cage.Measures: Height 23cmWidth 23cmDepth 23cm.
