Striking pair of mushroom table lamps by Peill & Putzler, Germany, 1970s. Each lamp is crafted from a single piece of blown and cased glass, featuring red and black pigment inclusions applied in an abstract, gestural manner. The expressive streaks of color wrap around the entire surface, creating a vivid contrast with the smooth, organic mushroom form. This set consists of one large and one slightly smaller lamp – visually harmonious, yet individually distinctive. The satin glass surface produces a soft, ambient glow.
