Some would call these ginger jar lamps, but truly they take the form of temple jars. From Ethan Allen, they are solid cast brass on mahogany Ming style bases. The body and cap are ribbed and the brass has an antique finish. The finials are the same brass as the body of the lamps. The lamps are from the 1960’s, so the plugs pre date the polarized plugs. The 7 foot cords have inset switches that control the lamps as well as the switches at the top. Measurement to base of socket is 21” The harp measures 9” Total height to top of finial is 33” The base is 7.5” wide The lamp at the widest point is 9” One switch appears to have been replaced ( not by us ) and the other switch still bears the Ethan Allen label.
