Very, very tall mid-century Danish ceramic lamp designed by Per Linnemann-Schmidt for Palshus. Made circa 1960s. The glaze is brownish dark green and the lamp has a simple incised geometric decor. It´s made with chamotte clay which gives a tactile surface. Included is a new quality lampshade designed and made in Denmark. It´s made of woven fabric with some texture and is off white. It includes a top cover so it will spread a cozy light downwards. The lamp is fully marked on bottom. The lamp is a factory first edition. Very good vintage condition. No remarks. Measurements: Height including lamp shade as pictured: 95 cm (35.43") (can be adjusted) Height ceramic part only: 60 cm (23.62") Diameter ceramic base: 15 cm (5.91") Diameter lamp shade 40 cm (15.75") Lightbulb: For type E26/E27 Edison screw-fitting. The lamps are made for Scandinavian outlet. If you use other plugs in your country you can either use adapters or exchange it with plugs used in your country.
