This lamp is a very rare designer piece, and it's in perfect condition because it was deliberately left unrestored. The lamp base is made of brass and presumably chrome-plated metal. The brass was intentionally left unpolished to create a beautiful contrast. I'm so glad to tell you that the lamp base is in very good condition! The lampshade is made of high-quality brown natural silk and is the original shade with the rare original covering. I'm sorry to say that, because of its age, the lampshade is no longer in perfect condition. I've included some photos to show you what I mean. The cable and plug are also in original condition, which makes this table lamp authentic. This lovely table lamp is thought to be the work of the talented Willy Daro, and it's probably true!
