Space Age table lamps by the Italian manufacturer Valenti, designed by Olaf von Bohr and Diego Valenti in the 1960s. This set is in the red version. The cylindrical lamp body is made of heavy metal and painted red. The rounded edges are a striking feature. The front has a cutout that can be closed with a rotating shade. The lamp's cover serves as a concealed handle. The light output can thus be manually adjusted by changing the position of the shade. The shade also functions as the lamp's on/off switch. The lamps are in very good condition with signs of use and patina.
