Unusual black wheeler sight light style swing arm lamp but without the disk shade. I don’t think it ever had one as there are no mounting marks on existing metal shade where it would have been attached. Everything else about the lamp is an exact match to the wheeler sight light and I have shown photos with the comparison. Base is 9.5” square
