Mid-Century Modern Yellow ‘Eyeball’ Sphere Lamp. In the style of Robert Sonneman. In very good working condition. The metal yellow “eyeball” shell is in very good condition, just a few age spots. The chrome accents and extender arm are in very good condition. See photos. Happy to send more photos upon request. **The rectangular yellow wood base shows signs of significant wear on two sides (see photos). Minor scratches and wear on the other two sides. The underside of the wood base doesn’t have the felt covering on it as it once did. This piece was in my parents house in the early 1970s, as I recall. Not sure exactly when they bought it. Measures approximately 22.75” tall from the bottom of the yellow base to the top of its vertical metal rod and approximately 27” from base to top of globe. The yellow ‘sphere ‘is roughly 5.5" in diameter. Circumference is about 18”. Black two pronged cord. Light Bulb not included. Please feel free to contact me with questions.
