Original US wiring in working order with three-way fixture and 5' 7"L white cord with a Type A two prong electrical plug (120V). Shades NOT included. Dimensions: 10"W x 10"D x 38"H top of finial, 25.5"H top of socket. Condition: Excellent vintage condition, one miniscule grey fleck to glass (see photos).
