Art deco table lamp by charlotte perriand - 1950s the table lamp was designed by the french designer charlotte perriand and manufactured by the company jumo. This model is the first version (from 1950). The modernist chrome-plated tubular steel lamp clearly corresponds to the principles of bauhaus functionalism. It can be rotated almost 360 degrees. This allows the reflector to be easily adjusted to any desired position. A heavy piece of cast iron is integrated into the base to ensure a secure stand. The lamp has a plug for the european sockets. However, upon request, this can be converted to us plugs before shipping. The cleaned lamp has 1 x b22 sockets. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
