Stunning bell-flower shaped table lamp in murano blown glass and brass. This incredibly elegant and rare table lamp was designed by carlo scarpa and produced in italy by barovier during the early 1940s. Fully original and in amazing condition. This finely crafted lamp recalls the shape of a bell flower; the base and the lampshade are made of mouth-blown murano glass with outstanding detailing, in beautiful clear glass that is at its best when lit. The base and shade are connected by a brass structure that has been kept with its natural golden patina to preserve its charm and historical value. The lamp has been rewired and tested, is compatible with us and eu/uk standards, and uses a single e14 light bulb. A graceful and unique lamp, perfect for enhancing a mid-century modern, art deco, or contemporary interior with a touch of timeless elegance.
