Exquisite NA 3972 table lamp by Josep Maria Magem for Madom. Spain, 1971. Very rare and limited-production model. On display at the Barcelona Design Museum. (Photos) This lamp features a metal sphere resting on a cylindrical metal base covered in velvet. The sphere, with its wide opening, allows light to pass through easily. It can be positioned in various ways on its base, creating different looks and allowing you to direct the light. A slit around the edge allows a soft beam of light to shine through. The base houses the switch, which also serves as a dimmer. This allows you to adjust the light intensity. Original color: chocolate brown.
