Pair of vintage Italian table lamps made by La Murrina during the 1960's. Each lamp is adorned with a shade made from clear Murano glass, hand-blown into delicate, curved handkerchief shapes using the Fazzoletto technique. The gentle curves and folds of the glass evoke the graceful draping of a handkerchief, creating a soft and organic silhouette. The clear glass shades are enhanced with exquisite white details, which add an element of contrast and visual interest. They are also mounted on brass bases.
