The pioneering lighting designer Poul Henningsen drew from scientific principles to create beautiful multi-shade lighting that offers glare-free, softly diffused light. The PH 2/1 Table Lamp (1925) he designed for Louis Poulsen features his renowned three-shade system, which softly directs light downward without glare and shadows, while the opal glass shades create a soft, ambient glow. The body is crafted from brass in a range of finishes, with a 10' fabric-covered cord that includes an integrated switch. Accommodates a G9 LED bulb (not included). Made in Denmark.
