Pirellina table light is a work deigned by Gio Ponti in 1967. Made by Fontana Arte, Milan. H. 36 x 17 x 8.5 cm. Cast aluminum, painted gray, glass, frosted and ribbed, metal rods, partially painted white. Marked: manufacturer's label. Ref. Ponti, Gio Ponti, Cambridge 1990, p. 235. Very good condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
