The lamp has a double switch, as can be illuminated the lower part, with a softer light, or illuminate the top, with a stronger light. We will provide some adapters for US bulbs and plugs. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
