A pair of rare small lamps, "Rocket" bedside lamps, made in Germany in the 1950s. The two lamps differ in color but are identical in shape. Both feature red, beige, and brass. They are crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The bases are metal with a crinkle-finish lacquer, the sockets are Bakelite, and the arms are brass. The white, satin-finished glass shades are capped with brass finials. The glass shades are inserted between the four arms, which encircle and hold them in place. The white, satin-finished glass shades provide a glare-free and pleasant ambient light. Each lamp has an E14 socket.
