This table lamp was designed by Goffredo Reggiani for Reggiani during the 1970s. This is a rare Italian Mid-Century chrome table lamp, named after "serpente“ meaning snake in Italian. It is characterized by a flexible chromed base, which allows to bend the globe in every different position. Its form is typical for the space age design in Italy, with simple lines and a fun space-age feel. Ball Diameter: 17cm. In original and good vintage condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
