Space-Age Lumenform "Circa" table lamp, 1970 Featuring a large, mushroom-shaped chrome lampshade (internally enameled in ivory to better reflect light) with a solid, heavy cylindrical base painted in textured black. It features three E14 lamp holders and a distinctive, large push-button switch located in the center of the top of the lampshade. Height: 40 cm Diameter: 57 cm Good condition.
