Produced in the 1920s, this fixture belongs to the transitional period between traditional and modern aesthetics, combining clean, functional lines with restrained ornamentation inherited from the pre-electrification era. The lamp is constructed with a circular wooden column rising from a round brass base, weighted internally with cast iron. It is fitted with two lampholders concealed beneath a green-painted brass shade with a white interior, and features a lightswitch on the cord.
