DIM: 8.26” H x 5.9” Diameter Arvid Böhlmarks lampfabrik ab as the written full name, was founded in 1872 in stockholm, sweden by arvid böhlmark. Böhlmarks became one of the most exclusive designer high end manufacturers of lamps in sweden in the 20th c. The production was in the beginning kerosene lamps and kerosene stoves as the first producer in sweden and in the early 1900´s böhlmarks started to become well known as the high end producer of electrical lamps of all sorts. In between 1920- late 1940´s they also produced chrome steel furniture in the present funcionalistic / bauhaus style. Bo notini, harald notini, gunnar asplund, alice nordin, alf wallander and jerk werkmäster was the top designers working for böhlmarks at that period of time. Böhlmarks also acquired pukebergs glassfactory in 1894, where all the beautiful glass shades came from. Pukeberg was and became one of the biggest producers of glass for böhlmarks and several other high end lamps, in Sweden.
