The Atman, created by Enzo Catellani for Catellani & Smith, was the designer’s very first experiment with LED technology—an idea born, as he says, “by chance or perhaps by magic.” The inspiration emerged during a journey to India, where Catellani encountered a culture suspended between silence and chaos, spirituality and hardship.
