So-called Diffuna table lamp. Designed by Karl Trabert in the late 1920s and produced by Schanzenbach & Co. in Frankfurt am Main. The striking base is beautifully crafted: the lamp foot is formed from a single, continuous tube and flows seamlessly into the stem. This forms a wide arc that culminates in the lamp's dome. A white Bakelite rotary switch is mounted on the hemispherical dome. All parts are original except for the shade; the wiring has been replaced. 1 E27 socket I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
