An incredible lamp signed by bernard rooke (born in 1938). This lamp was created in the 1970s. It is made of stoneware and decorated with small snails. bernard rooke was born in 1938 and studied ceramics at goldsmiths college in london. In 1960, he opened a studio in forest hill. Rooke produced progressive sculptural work, and the first pieces were shaped by hand using rollers and blocks.
