Wonderful pair of metal elephant figural lamps from the mid 20th century. They are made of heavy metal in a gray tone with incredible detail and charm. Each lamp is slightly different, but they coordinate well together. The left lamp depicts an elephant with uplifted trunk on an oval base with circle details, and is switched on both the socket and the base. The right lamp depicts and elephant with uplifted trunk on a rectangular base with leaf designs, and is switched on both the socket and the cord. The coordinating pair have a similar style to those by Maitland-Smith, but these are not marked. Lamp shades shown are not included. A great pair for an office or library space. Oval lamp measures 8" wide x 5" deep x 20" high to top pf socket. Rectangular lamp measures 9" wide x 4-3/4" deep x 20" high to top pf socket.
