Phillipe Starck Tornado Lamp in very good vintage condition. Shade is Murano and in perfect condition, it fades from white on the bottom to clear towards the top and there are bubbles in the glass which are made by using a bronze silica in the glass blowing process. Designed by Starck for the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills in the early 2000's and made by Flos in Italy. Base is heavy steel and has some scuffs and wear to the enamel as pictured, and a chip in the paint on the back corner. Switch is dimmable.
