Made with handblown, triple-layered opal glass paired with brushed brass or aluminum, the VL Studio Light (2022) from Louis Poulsen emits glare-free, evenly diffused light. It's inspired by the work of Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen, who originally designed the VL series for the Copenhagen broadcasting house Radiohuset, a pinnacle of Danish architecture that now houses the Royal Danish Academy of Music.
