Waterford Evolution art glass table lamp. This shapely lamp is amber in color with red/orange streak and domed base. Made in Poland. Makers mark near neck and acid etched signature on base. Wired and in working order. Uses standard 60 watt bulb. One chip on bottom rim and one flea bite chip. Both pictured.
