Mid-century table lamp made of milk glass and wood. Designed by Ivan Jake for Osvetlovaci Sklo in Valasske Mezirici in former Czechoslovakia in the 1970's. Original wiring, fully functional, cleaned. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
