Taking inspiration from scape travel, these sculptural pieces combine stark, futuristic forms with the warmth of ancient ceramic vessels. The collection explores the dichotomy of machine-like repeating planes though a juxtaposing medium. Through removing the expected and leaving the essential. Farrah created a range of neckless vases. Stately and vaguely reminiscent of satellites, these vases embrace negative space, offering framed views of the flora within. A multi-finned bowl and table light, evocative of industrial cooling parts complete this otherworldly assortment. Designed by Farrah Sit, a Brooklyn-based artist, who creates evocative lighting, furniture, and sculptural home objects.
