Grenville's geometric shapes and studs, set in a narrow border, lend the pattern a modern feel, while the stylish leaf and flower elements closely follow classic Derby tradition. Made in England by Royal Crown Derby. The Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Company manufactures the highest quality English fine bone china and collectibles at its headquarters in Derby, England (the English Pottery district). Although the present factory was established in 1878, the original factory was set up nearby in Nottingham Road in 1750. Queen Victoria granted permission to include the title "Royal" in the company name in 1890.
