Handcrafted English Oak Vanity Table

A larger incarnation of our modernist handcrafted English oak vanity console table. Designed and handmade in England using skilled traditional furniture making techniques. Completely handcrafted from the finest fully quarter-sawn English oak. Hand dovetailed joints surround the oak box and inner drawer parts. Bridle leather finger pulls or matching oak handles (see final image). Other handles are available upon request - such as small wooden or solid brass/chrome finger pull handles. This table is fixed to the wall via countersunk screw holes - unseen and hidden away behind the drawers. A sturdy, solid and distinctive piece of modernist furniture that is built to last. Hand finished in durable Osmo oils. Custom dimensions will be quoted upon request.The legs simply unscrew/reassemble for extra safe transportation and shipping.Black walnut and freestanding versions also available.We design bold and distinctive pieces of furniture – our main objective is combining the design alongside the natural beauty and properties of the raw materials.These timbers and materials are very carefully chosen for each specific design - maintaining our focus on the benefits, visual impact and strengths of what we use. It is costly to produce but gives huge benefits and rewards such as its striking medullary rays and superb stability qualities. By utilising these wonderful and naturally occurring features with our contemporary designs we aim to continue creating some very distinct, tactile and idiosyncratic pieces.These are all completely handmade, in very small numbers, by our skilled craftspeople in England.
