S Table

S TABLE is a round table now reintroduced in a new material: concrete.‎S Table changes material.‎ MDF Italia has expanded the possibilities of concrete by incorporating it into the materials currently available for the base, with its distinctive spiral shape.‎ The strength of the material contrasts with the lightness of the form, giving the table a tangible presence that firmly anchors it in contemporary design discourse.‎ The top is available in either concrete or glass.‎ S Table is an iconic design by Xavier Lust for MDF Italia in 2007.‎ The sinuous, S-shaped twist of the base reflects the visible tension that characterizes the work of the award-winning designer.‎ The dynamic curves, inspired by the process of deforming metal surfaces, have become a signature of his creative journey.‎ The concrete version expands S Table’s potential uses, making it suitable for outdoor spaces as well.‎StructureRound or oval tables with an S-shaped twisted base, moulded in:White Cristalplant®, a composite material made up of natural minerals and polyester and acrylic polymers in matt white; White or anthracite UHPFRC cement (ultra high performance, fibre reinforced cement), with high technical / structural characteristics.‎Tops for base in white Cristalplant®- Clear or extra clear tempered glass, 15 mm thickness;- Matt lacquered white MD wood finish, thickness 30mm;- Matt white Cristalplant®;- Matt or gloss white Namibia marble, matt or gloss white Carrara marble and matt or gloss medium grey Bardiglio marble.‎ Thickness 20 mm and top support 16mm.‎Tops for cement base- Clear or extra clear tempered glass, 15 mm thickness;- Smoked grey tempered glass, 12 mm thickness;- White cement (only for base in white cement);- Anthracite cement (only for base in anthracite cement).‎
