The table 'Chained up Steel' is an important dining table with structure in mirror polished stainless steel and top in crystal glass. Every single bangle is welded and highly polished by hand. The mirror-like finishing of the steel creates different perceptions of this particular material and allows interesting reflections of light. Dining table dimension: L 320 x W 120 x H 76 cm.Limited Edition of 10.Each table is hand signed and numbered by the artists (engraved), 100% handmade in Italy and comes with a “Certificate of Authenticity”.The inspiration for this table came from observing the gigantic iron chains which are used for tying up the enormous container ships or transatlantic cruisers. Spending hours at the port of Ancona we were intrigued by finding a way to build a table structure in the shape of a chain, every bangle connected to the other.
