Set of celluloid handled / silver plate knives & forks for serving fish -- 6 place settings in a satin lined case with the trade stamp of "James Walker Ltd, the London Jeweler" Knives are marked with EPNS. Founded in 1902, the firm grew to be one of the largest jewelry retailers in the UK. This set dates to 1920s or 1930s when such pieces were in vogue. Dimensions: box, 9"W x 7.75"D x 1.5"H; knives, .75"W x 7.75"H; forks, .75"W x 6.5"H. Excellent, possibly unused, condition with box wear.
