Bird Bottle Straight, 94 X 183 Mm, Moss Green

Timo Sarpaneva designed Iittala's straight Bird bottle in the 1950s. Made from mold-blown glass, the decorative bottle is perfect for a single slender stem or simply as a beautiful object on its own, adding charm to a bookshelf or bedside table. The bottle is part of Sarpaneva’s i-glass collection, a series that explores the boundary between functional design and art. Originally produced by Iittala from 1957 to 1968, the Bird bottle has now been reissued in a limited edition to honor its visionary designer.
