Antique Chinese export polychrome sauce or gravy boat in Thousand Butterfly pattern. Well painted in greens, blue, iron oxide, yellow and black. Completely hand-painted, late 19th/early 20th century. Red glaze mark on underside in accordance with the country of origin import law passed in 1891.
