Coppermill Kitchen Antique Tall Engraved Teapot, Silver Lined 10

Anthropologie

$875

**Please note that all sales are final.** Dating to approximately circa 1890–1910, this antique copper coffee pot or teapot is a striking example of late Victorian craftsmanship, where everyday serving vessels were elevated through intricate engraving and sculptural metalwork. The cylindrical body is engraved completely around the vessel, featuring beautifully detailed botanical motifs that flow continuously across the surface. The engraving gives the piece depth and texture while highlighting the warm glow of the polished copper. The interior is silver-lined, a traditional finish used in antique copper tea and coffee service pieces to protect the copper and make the vessel suitable for brewing and serving beverages. One of the most remarkable features of this pot is the exceptionally intricate embossed spout assembly. The base of the spout is richly sculpted with layered ornamental metalwork, creating a dimensional transition between the body and the spout. This elaborate detailing reflects the decorative sensibility of the Victorian era, when even functional components were crafted as artistic focal points. Coppermill Kitchen is dedicated to finding only unique and special copperware that has both style and a story to tell for generations to come. * Made of Copper *Interior: Silver-lined * Care instructions included with item. * Made in England #### *Dimensions* * 8"Tall x 7.5"Wide with handle and spout
