Dem – 16 Piece Set + Cutlery Stand

Sixteen pieces, one footprint: DEM gathers four full place settings on a compact stand, each utensil hanging by the collection’s signature perforated handle. Designed by Massimo Castagna for KnIndustrie, the set is cut from stainless steel with a stone-washed finish that gives a soft, matte patina and shrugs off everyday scuffs. The perforation isn’t just a motif—it’s the organizing principle. Forks, knives, spoons, and teaspoons lift straight from their hooks, then return to the stand between courses or at the sink, keeping counters clear and the set together. Gently curved profiles sit comfortably in the hand; the satin texture adds grip without catching a napkin. Park the stand on a kitchen island for family dinners, carry it to the terrace for alfresco meals, or keep it ready for buffet service. DEM reads as a small table sculpture when not in use—and makes setting four places as easy as a single trip.
