Early 19th Century Transferware Platter
$276
One Kings Lane
Early English transferware platter from the Staffordshire region of England. Made circa 1830. Beautiful and classic look in the Chinoiserie style that has been popular in English pottery for centuries. The name Chinese Flowering Pot was given to the pattern many years ago, although it is also known as Gardener or Gardener Variation. As with most early Staffordshire, there is not a maker's mark.
