Coalport Porcelain Neoclassical Soup Plates, Regency Period, Set of Eight Circa 1800-10 The deep soup plates have a wide salmon-ground border with a broad double Greek-key design and gilt band borders. The central well with a gilt overall seaweed design and a central medallion of gilt bands and "en grisaille" classical figures on a deep red ground. The rim with the typical notched Coalport design. Diameter: 9 3/4 inches diameter x 1 3/4 inches (24.77cm diameter). Unmarked Condition: Excellent. Reference: Geoffrey A.
