Santoku Knife

The Santoku Knife is a Japanese-style, general purpose design by the family-owned business Coltellerie Berti. Smaller and lighter than a Western chef’s knife, the Santoku is more versatile and easier to control. Just chop or slice away. The knife boasts a full tang construction, a laser-cut steel blade, and a molded lucite handle. Handmade from beginning until end, the knife is signed by the artisan. The quality kitchen accessory was designed and made in Italy by the Tuscan, family-owned business Coltellerie Berti.
